• Question: How much does your service cost?
  
  Answer: We have a basic hourly fee of US $25.00$. When you provide us with the problems you want to have solved, we'll give you a quote based on the amount of hours the job will take. That amount of hours can be a fraction of one hour, but our minimum fee is $10

• Question: How do I pay you?
  
  Answer: Using any major credit card. It's fast and secure. We have a secure third party Credit Card Processor, Paypal, which is owned by e-bay.

• Question: How many problems can I submit?
  
  Answer: You can submit as many problems as you want, but of course, long lists will take longer to be processed.

• Question: How long does it take to get my solved problems back?
  
  Answer: The basic fee is based on a normal turn-around of 1-2 days. But when you submit your problems, you can indicate what is your desired turn-around time frame, if you're in a rush. Still, rush service is subject to availability, and the hourly rate higher.

• Question: How do I submit a list problems or an essay
  
  Answer: You choose what's more convenient for you. You can e-mail, fax, snail-mail your problems to us.....If you work with any other method of submission, just let us know and we'll figure it out.

  Answer: Yes! We are a team professionals, and our works are professional. But yet the human factor can be always present, so in case of errors of our part, we'll gladly give your money back. • Question: I received the solutions to my problems, but the equations don't show up.
  
  Answer: It may be because of an older Word version. We mostly submit the solution written in Word, and the equations are written with MathType. If you cannot see the equations, just e-mail us and we'll send you a pdf version instead.

  Answer: In Mygeekytutor.com we're in favor of learning, and we don't endorse cheating. We assume that you're submitting problems you're not supposed to get helped with. It's your responsibility observe this requirement, as we have no way to know the source of the request, and we cannot be held responsible for any actions you take with the material we provide.
